PLACING AN ORDER
1. Items on the website are exactly as seen. Please be sure of the items you order.
2. Channels available for placing orders is INSTAGRAM DM, WHATS-APP (link in bio), and WEBSITE. We do not attend to orders via comment sections on our INSTAGRAM PLATFORM.
3. Please always reconfirm the availability of the product or items once inquired about before making payment. If item is SOLD OUT after payment, and you do Not want an alternative; transaction fee will be deducted from the refund (refund takes 2-5working days).
4. Some products are readily available in the showroom, you can request their pictures via our WhatsApp; 09022924489
PRE-ORDER and BULK PRODUCTION takes 3 working days to 2 weeks OR MORE, depending on the quantity ordered.
5. Orders successfully placed on the Website cannot be canceled or reversed.
