within Nigeria: Same or Next Day Delivery via DRIVER or Park Pick up

Yes. There is a fastener at the back to make them expandable or easy to open

Yes (Headsize would be required if available, but if not, her age would do).

They are very easy to wear, pls expand or open any fastener at the back of the headwear and put them on, then push from the front a bit to show your hairline and give proper fitting.
